Once you’ve logged in, you’ll just need to fill out a quick basic health questionnaire (so that we have any info we need to give you the best and safest experience possible), and agree to our policies and waivers, then you’ll be able to book classes with ease.
You can find our full timetable of group fitness classes below. If you’re completely new to pole and aerial arts, the best classes for first timers are marked with a star icon.
New starters are also welcome to attend mixed ability classes, but these will be more fast-paced with a range of different skills being taught in the room. If you’re returning to pole or aerial after a break and previously had more than six months’ experience (aerial) or were inverting (pole), we recommend you book into an improver or mixed ability class to gauge your level.
All classes are one hour long. If you’re not sure which classes to book into, feel free to email us.

We understand that it can be pretty daunting to think about trying something new, or walking into a new place – it’s completely natural to be a bit nervous! People worry about whether they’ll be any good at it, whether they’ll fit in with the class, their bodies, their strength, and generally whether they are “enough” to start.
We completely understand all of these worries, because we remember what it was like to have them! Our teaching style is accessible and adaptive – we aim to give everyone a win and a confidence boost! Classes are designed to be fun and safe, above all else.
Here’s what to expect from your first class at Inspire Studios:
- When the studio opens for your class (usually 5-10 minutes before the advertised start time), leave your coats, shoes and worries at the door and come on in.
- Your instructor will welcome you, introduce themselves, give you any important information and check you off on the register.
- Get your blood pumping, your muscles prepared and your joints mobile ready for class with a fun group warm up led by the instructor.
- Strength and conditioning time! This section of the class leads on from the warm up and is tailored to the level of the class and the moves you’ll be learning that day. These exercises are designed to help you activate some of the muscles you’ll be using during the class.
- Onto the fun part – time to get on the equipment! Your instructor will lead you through a series of moves, combinations, mini routines, transitions and more! Your instructor will introduce and demonstrate what you’re working on, and explain it with some key pointers to help you nail it. Then you’ll get time to work on it while the instructor works their way around the room offering help, tips, spotting and corrections.
- Around 5 minutes before the end of class, your instructor will ask you to finish up what you’re doing, and then join them for a gentle stretch and cool down.
