Welcome!

Welcome to Inspire Studios (est. 2022). This page tells you everything you need to know about classes, the timetable, our pricing and how to book a session.

Pole fitness, pole dance and aerial hoop have brought us joy, improved our relationships with our bodies, made us fitter and stronger, and made us more confident and assertive in our daily lives. It makes us so happy to share this with everyone who walks through our doors, and we hope you’ll soon be one of them!

If you decide to come and give our classes a go, please use the discount code MYFIRSTCLASS when booking to get your first class half price.

Pole Fitness

Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is a unique, all-over body and brain workout that is so much fun, you won’t even notice it’s exercise. Our classes encompass spins, tricks, flow, combinations, strength, flexibility, and more! Suitable for every kind of person and body aged 16+, no strength or experience needed.

Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop

This fantastically fun all-over body workout helps you to take flight while developing your strength, balance, body awareness, confidence and flexibility. Classes are suitable for complete beginners – you don’t have to be strong to start, that’s what we’re here for!

Youth Classes (Ages 7-16)

Youth Classes

Youth aerial hoop classes help to develop strength, co-ordination, motor skills, body awareness, and most importantly… confidence. These mixed age group classes are suitable for young people from 7 to 16 years old (after 16 years old, they can join our adult fitness classes).

Pole Dance

Pole Dance

Pole dance classes develop your grace, co-ordination and cardiovascular fitness, exploring a range of different styles and techniques to flow effortlessly around the pole in your choice of heels or socks. Suitable for all levels as long as you have a few weeks’ pole fitness experience, ages 18+.

Private Lessons & Parties

Private Lessons & Parties

We offer private lessons, birthday parties, hen / stag parties and team building sessions in pole fitness, aerial hoop, or a mix of both. Email us to arrange a session at a time to suit you. Private lessons start from £40, parties start from £20pp.

Flexibility

Flexibility

Unlock your body and unleash a new range of movement. In flexibility classes we look at a variety of active and passive techniques to help you safely improve your flexibility at your own pace. Suitable for anyone 16+. You do not have to be bendy, or a pole / aerial student to attend.

How To Book

Our flexible online booking system, Go TeamUp, is a one-stop shop where you can sign up, view the timetable, class descriptions, and pricing options, book classes, and cancel / reschedule sessions as needed.

You can use Go TeamUp on a desktop or mobile web browser, or download the TeamUp Members App for Android or iOS to seamlessly manage everything from your phone. If you have already used Go TeamUp with other businesses, you can use your existing log-in details, otherwise you can create a new account. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll just need to fill out a quick basic health questionnaire (so that we have any info we need to give you the best and safest experience possible), and agree to our policies and waivers, then you’ll be able to book classes with ease.

Our Timetable

You can find our full timetable of group fitness classes below. If you’re completely new to pole and aerial arts, the best classes for first timers are marked with a star icon.

New starters are also welcome to attend mixed ability classes, but these will be more fast-paced with a range of different skills being taught in the room. If you’re returning to pole or aerial after a break and previously had more than six months’ experience (aerial) or were inverting (pole), we recommend you book into an improver or mixed ability class to gauge your level.

All classes are one hour long. If you’re not sure which classes to book into, feel free to email us.

What to Expect

We understand that it can be pretty daunting to think about trying something new, or walking into a new place – it’s completely natural to be a bit nervous! People worry about whether they’ll be any good at it, whether they’ll fit in with the class, their bodies, their strength, and generally whether they are “enough” to start.

We completely understand all of these worries, because we remember what it was like to have them! Our teaching style is accessible and adaptive – we aim to give everyone a win and a confidence boost! Classes are designed to be fun and safe, above all else.

Here’s what to expect from your first class at Inspire Studios:

  1. When the studio opens for your class (usually 5-10 minutes before the advertised start time), leave your coats, shoes and worries at the door and come on in.
  2. Your instructor will welcome you, introduce themselves, give you any important information and check you off on the register.
  3. Get your blood pumping, your muscles prepared and your joints mobile ready for class with a fun group warm up led by the instructor.
  4. Strength and conditioning time! This section of the class leads on from the warm up and is tailored to the level of the class and the moves you’ll be learning that day. These exercises are designed to help you activate some of the muscles you’ll be using during the class.
  5. Onto the fun part – time to get on the equipment! Your instructor will lead you through a series of moves, combinations, mini routines, transitions and more! Your instructor will introduce and demonstrate what you’re working on, and explain it with some key pointers to help you nail it. Then you’ll get time to work on it while the instructor works their way around the room offering help, tips, spotting and corrections.
  6. Around 5 minutes before the end of class, your instructor will ask you to finish up what you’re doing, and then join them for a gentle stretch and cool down.

Our Pricing

We’ve got flexible pricing options for every lifestyle, goal and budget. Book in whenever you like on our affordable drop-in rate, or commit to regular sessions with class packs or a monthly membership for even better value.

You can get 50% off your first Pay As You Go class with us by using the discount code MYFIRSTCLASS when you book, making your first class just £6.25.

Find out more about the different payment options below.

Pay for each class individually without any commitment required. This is our most flexible payment option. You can drop in to any class you like, any time you like. Just pick and choose what works with your schedule.

** Get 50% off the drop-in rate for your first class when you use discount code MYFIRSTCLASS at the time of booking **

Save money by buying multiple classes at once for a cheaper per-class price. You can purchase class packs as and when you need them, and use them as quickly or as slowly as you like within the allotted validity period.

The class pack becomes active from the date of the first class you book with it. Different class packs are valid for different lengths of time, and the classes must be used up before the pack expires.

** One-time special offer for new starters: Get 3 classes for £28.50 – that’s just £9.50 per class! **

Get the best value price per class and make a commitment to your ongoing progress with a monthly membership. These memberships are billed on the same day each month (the same date that you first signed up, unless you ask us to change this for you) and give you a fixed number of classes to be used each month before your next billing date.

Memberships have a cancellation notice period of 28 days, but otherwise no minimum commitment time. Memberships are great if you regularly attend the same classes each week, or you can use them to book into any classes that suit your schedule while still staying committed to attending regularly.

Our Studio

Our beautiful studio is light and airy, with a touch of greenery. It features two separate rooms: one for pole, and one for aerial hoop. Both rooms have laminate flooring, their own bathroom, warm ambient lighting (or natural light for daytime classes), and top-of-the-range equipment from industry-leading manufacturers. We hope you’ll feel right at home here!

Finding Us

We are located in the Woolmarket in Cirencester town centre. The studio has a light blue door, which you can find directly opposite the main entrance to the Hop Kettle pub. Go through the door, head up the stairs, and turn left at the top of the stairs.

Our address is: Unit 3b The Woolmarket, Cirencester, GL7 2PR

Alternatively, if you use What3Words, you can find our front door with the code: crumb.adopts.lifts

Parking: We don’t have our own designated car park, but are very near to a number of local council-run car parks. The nearest is the Waterloo Car Park (GL7 2PY). Parking is chargeable during the day (including weekends), but free after 6pm. You can pay by cash or card at the machines, or use the PayByPhone app (location code for The Waterloo: 804758).

Alternatively, parking is also available at The Beeches Car Park (GL7 1BW) which is slightly further away, but it works out cheaper than The Waterloo if you’re staying for longer than a couple of hours during the day.

* Advice correct at the time of writing, please ensure you check all applicable parking signs to determine whether or not you need to pay before you leave your vehicle.

Our Ethos

We firmly believe that exercise and movement are for every body; it doesn’t matter whether you’re an experienced athlete or you hated PE at school and have barely exercised since. If you’re looking to move more, get stronger, and have fun doing it, or just try something new and have a laugh, read on to find out more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are a few of the most common questions we get. If your question isn’t answered here or elsewhere on this page, please get in touch and we’ll answer you as soon as we can.

What should I wear?2024-11-20T00:19:21+00:00

For pole fitness classes, we recommend shorts, plus a vest top or t-shirt. Having exposed skin on your legs will help you to grip the pole safely. If you are uncomfortable wearing shorts, you can wear shorts underneath joggers or leggings, then you’ll have the option to take the top layer off if you feel comfortable enough as the class progresses.

For pole dance classes, you can dress up or dress down – whatever makes you feel like your best dancing self. We recommend that you bring shorts and also kneepads if you have them, so that you’re prepared for whatever the class might cover.

For aerial hoop classes, we recommend leggings and a tight-fitting vest or t-shirt that covers your back and won’t come over your face as you mount and dismount the hoop. The aerial hoops are wrapped in an adhesive tape to aid your hand grip – covering your legs and back will protect your skin from the tape.

For children’s aerial hoop classes, we recommend that your child wears leggings to protect their leg skin from the abrasive surface of the hoop. We also ask that younger children do not wear any clothing that they might need assistance to get in and out of if they need the toilet during class, such as leotards. Tight-fitting clothing is best, as anything loose can become wrapped around the hoop as they move. We recommend that backs and midriffs are covered.

For flexibility classes, any stretchy clothing that you can move comfortably in is perfect. Most people opt for leggings and a t-shirt or vest top.

Who can join classes?2024-11-20T00:19:46+00:00

We welcome everyone who genuinely wants to learn! People of all ages, sizes, shapes, abilities, backgrounds and genders. You don’t have to be strong to start – that part will come naturally as you progress! Whether you’re completely new to exercise or you’re already an experienced poler or aerialist, we’re here for you.

There is no ideal body size, age, shape or flexibility to begin training with us. You do not have to be a certain size to start pole fitness, aerial training or any of our other classes. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive studio, where we appreciate bodies for what they can do, not what they look like.

There is no upper age limit for our adult classes. Pole, flexibility and aerial fitness classes welcome people aged 16+, while pole dance classes are 18+. Our children’s classes are suitable for young people aged 7-16.

We also welcome neurodivergent and disabled people. Please get in touch with us before booking to discuss your specific needs, if you have any. We’ll do our absolute best to accommodate you and make you feel strong and fantastic, the only small caveat is that you must be able to climb a flight of stairs. Sadly our current studio site is not wheelchair accessible, which is a circumstance beyond our control.

What level am I?2024-11-20T00:20:04+00:00

If you are new to the discipline you are booking into, please book into a beginners class. Even if you’re an experienced dancer or you are an athlete in another discipline, it’s worth being familiar with the basics to give you the best foundation for progression.

If you are returning to pole or aerial after a break, feel free to book into an improvers or a mixed ability class to work out what level would be best for you going forward.

If you’re not sure which level to book, send us an email and we’ll be happy to advise.

Do I need to be strong to join classes?2024-11-20T00:20:25+00:00

Not at all – that’s what we’re here for! Our classes are designed so that you’ll get an achievable, fun challenge, whatever your strength level. You will build strength, stamina and improved flexibility as you go along, week by week, at your own pace and under the guidance of your instructor. Most of us couldn’t get both feet off the floor or hold our own bodyweight when we first started!

Can I just turn up or do I need to book?2024-11-20T00:20:46+00:00

You need to prebook before attending – this helps us to make sure that classes aren’t overbooked and everyone gets enough time on the equipment. We also have a few health and safety forms that need to be completed on our booking system as part of the sign up process.

All our class registrations are done on our online booking system, Go TeamUp.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?2024-11-20T00:21:06+00:00

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for standard class bookings. All bookings are strictly non-transferable.

If you cancel a class at least 24 hours prior to the lesson start time, your credit is refunded into your membership / lesson pack allowance, or a refund into your bank account is automatically issued if you booked the session PAYG.

No refunds of lesson credits or PAYG payments are available if you cancel with less than the standard 24 hours’ notice. Private lessons are also bound by a 24 hour cancellation period. Some one-off workshops, events and photoshoots are non-refundable, which will be clearly stated on our booking system. Recurring monthly memberships require 28 days’ notice for cancellation.

I’m pregnant / postnatal, can I attend class?2024-11-20T00:21:21+00:00

Existing students are very welcome to continue attending classes during pregnancy with one of our three pre/postnatal qualified instructors. Please let us know when you become pregnant and we’ll advise the most suitable class for you.

Unfortunately we currently can’t offer tuition for new pregnant clients. We wish you the absolute best in your pregnancy and can’t wait to meet you when you’re ready to join us after the birth.

If you’re recently postnatal, we advise a chat with your doctor or nurse for clearance to exercise before returning to, or starting pole or aerial classes. As a general guideline, we recommend you do not consider classes until a minimum of 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, and 12 weeks after a Caesarian section. Each body is different, and the circumstances of each birth are different. Please don’t rush yourself back to exercise until you feel completely ready and your postnatal care professionals agree.

Our Team

Our experienced, knowledgeable and enthusiastic team will make you feel welcome, challenged and celebrated whether it’s your first class or your 100th!
