Signing up and booking

Sign up and book your first class

All our classes are booked through TeamUp, our online booking system. The whole sign up and booking process is quick, secure and easy. It takes around 5 minutes. You need to book before you come along. Feel free to WhatsApp or email us if you get stuck.

Sign up for an account
1
Create your TeamUp account

Click the button above, and enter your email address and create a password.* The system will then ask if you’re signing up for yourself or for a child, and will take you to the relevant form so you can give us some basic info about yourself to create your account.

Please sign up with a valid email address. We’ll send your booking confirmations, class information and payment receipts there. To keep these emails out of your junk, whitelist TeamUp notification emails.

* If you already have a TeamUp account with another studio or fitness provider, you don’t have to set up a new email address and password. Just use your existing TeamUp log in details to sign up with us.

2
Choose your class

Once you’ve created your account, the system will take you to the calendar so you can choose the class you’d like to book in for. Tap “Book” to read through the class description and check it’s what you’re looking for, and then tap “Continue” to go through the waivers and policies.

3
Agree to the policies and waivers

Before you pay and confirm your booking, you’ll need to read through and agree to a few policies and waivers. The full text of all our policies & house rules and terms & conditions is available on the website.

We’ve kept the TeamUp policies and forms as brief as possible, and they only ask what we really need to know. They’ll just take a few minutes. You’ll need to read and complete or agree to the following:

  • Cancellation policy
  • Health & safety rules
  • Informed consent
  • Physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q)
  • Emergency contact details
4
Choose how to pay and confirm your booking

Pay for a single class, a class pack or a membership. All the options will be shown when you go to book, or you can check out our pricing here on the website.

Payment has to be made in full before class begins. We accept credit card, debit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We’re currently running a couple of special offers to help you get started. The discount codes below can be entered at checkout in the last stage of booking.

Drop-in 50% off your first drop-in class

Use code MYFIRSTCLASS at checkout when you book your first class (one use per customer).

Membership 20% off your first month

Use code MEMBER20 at checkout on any monthly membership (one use per customer).

The MYFIRSTCLASS code only works when you’re a new customer. If you want to use both, book your first class with that one, then sign up for a membership with the 20% off code afterwards.

And that’s it! Confirm your payment and you’ll be booked into the class. You’ll receive a confirmation email to the address you provided in step 1, and we’ll email you 12 hours before your class with a reminder of all the session details and how to find us. Have fun!

Add children to your account and book for them

Children under 16 need to be signed up by a parent or guardian, who manages their profile, payments and bookings. You can add more children and other family managers once you’re set up, and class packs and memberships can be shared between family members.

See our families and children terms for the full details, including the minimum age.

Signing up for a child

If you’re signing up for the first time and you’re not planning to take classes yourself (you’re just signing your child up for youth classes), there’s an option for this during the sign-up process. Click “yes” when asked if you’re signing up a child or dependant, and follow the process from there. If you need to add more children afterwards, follow the steps below.

Cancel or change a class booking

Need to cancel or change the date of your very first class? Email or WhatsApp us. The MYFIRSTCLASS code only works once per customer, so we’ll need to move you manually. Just let us know which session you’re booked in for and which one you’d like to move to (24-hour cancellation rules still apply).

From the schedule

Find your booked session in the schedule – it’ll say “Registered”. Tap “Details”, then tap the red “Leave Class” button to unregister.

If it’s more than 24 hours before the session starts and you booked with a card, you’ll get your money back automatically. If you booked with a class pack or membership, your credit goes back into your pack or membership.

Less than 24 hours before, we can’t give a credit or refund except in extenuating circumstances.

If we cancel or change a class

We aim to give at least 2 hours’ notice if we have to cancel a class, and we’ll offer a full refund. If we change a class time at short notice, we’ll text you if you’re booked on. If the new time doesn’t work for you, we’ll offer a refund.

Membership details and perks

Being a member gets you more than your classes.

The difference between memberships and class packs

Want to come to class more often but not sure whether you want a class pack or a membership?

Both options give you a fixed number of class credits to use on standard group classes and open practice sessions. They can’t be used on workshops, special events, private lessons, etc. The main difference is that memberships are a fixed regular monthly payment – they come out on the same day of each month like a gym membership. Memberships give the cheapest per-class price (see below), plus bonus perks like free open practice sessions and Bring A Friend passes. You'll also get 20% off your first month (see below).

Memberships are the best option if you come to class regularly. Consistency is key if you’re keen to make progress, and a membership makes it easy to keep turning up and establish a routine. If you like to attend the same class every week, we can also set up recurring reservations for you on a membership, so you never miss out on a space in your favourite class.

You can pause your membership for free (up to 3 months a year) if you need a break.

Class packs are more flexible if you can’t commit to a regular routine. You buy them as and when you need them. They are valid for a fixed amount of time and you have to use your class credits within that validity period.

Still not sure which to choose? Go with the best of both worlds – start on a Pearl membership (our lowest tier) to help you establish consistency, and top up with drop-in sessions or class packs if you run out of credits. If you find you’re regularly running out of credits, it’s easy to upgrade your membership any time (see section 03 below).

Cheapest class rates

Memberships give you our cheapest price per class: Pearl is £11 a class, Bronze is £9.50 and Silver is £9. Compared with the £14 adult drop-in price, each membership works out cheaper from this many classes a month. The saving shown is what you keep each month if you use all your credits:

  • Pearl (£55 a month, 5 classes, £11 a class): cheaper from 4 classes, £15 cheaper than drop-in
  • Bronze (£85.50 a month, 9 classes, £9.50 a class): cheaper from 7 classes, £40.50 cheaper than drop-in
  • Silver (£117 a month, 13 classes, £9 a class): cheaper from 9 classes, £65 cheaper than drop-in

See all the options on Timetable & Pricing.

First-month discount

You can get 20% off your first month on any monthly membership. Use code MEMBER20 at checkout. It can only be used once per customer, even if you cancel or change your membership.

Combine with drop-ins and class packs

Memberships, class packs and drop-ins can all be used together, so you can mix and match week to week. If you want to use both of our first-time offers, book your first class with MYFIRSTCLASS, then sign up for a membership with MEMBER20 afterwards.

Free open practice sessions

Every membership includes free open practice sessions: 12 a year on Pearl (1 a month), 24 on Bronze (2 a month) and 36 on Silver (3 a month). Legacy Gold and Platinum members get the same as Silver.

We’ll give you your discount code when you first sign up for your membership. To use a free session, book the open practice session as normal on TeamUp, choose the “drop-in” payment option, then enter your code at checkout.

  • You can use them on regular open practice sessions for pole or aerial hoop, and on Members Only Open Practice if you’re a Trusted Member. They’re not valid for group classes, solo studio hire, photoshoots, workshops or special events.
  • You need to have experience in the discipline you’re booking.
  • You’ll need to sign an extra waiver when you first sign up, agreeing to train safely and follow the house rules.
  • Your allowance doesn’t roll over, and it can’t be exchanged for anything else, including its monetary value.
  • The code is set up as an annual one, so please don’t use more than your allowance each month. We trust you to use it fairly and keep track of your own usage.
Free “Bring A Friend” passes

Members on a recurring monthly membership (Pearl, Bronze or Silver) get one free Bring A Friend pass every 3 months. You and your friend both get to attend the class of their choice for free. It’s a great way to introduce a friend or family member to the sport you love, or to try another discipline as a new starter and be beginners together with your friend.

  • When you sign up for your membership, we’ll email you the quarterly discount codes for 100% off any regular timetabled group class. There are separate codes for you and your friend. Quarters run 1 January to 31 March, 1 April to 30 June, 1 July to 30 September and 1 October to 31 December.
  • Your friend signs up for an account on TeamUp and uses their code at checkout when they book. You then book the same class – select the “drop-in” payment method and then use your own code at checkout.
  • Your friend needs to be a new customer, which means they haven’t booked a session with us on TeamUp before. Their code won’t work otherwise. Want to bring a friend who has been before, but not in over 6 months or only for a one-off session like a workshop or photoshoot? Contact us and we’ll see whether we can make an exception this time.
  • The codes can’t be used for open practice, private lessons, parties, photoshoots, workshops or special events. If a code isn’t working on a class you think it should, get in touch and we’ll investigate.
  • It’s also valid on children’s memberships, so it’s great if you share your membership with your child and they want to bring a friend to try their class.
  • It doesn’t roll over, so use it each quarter, and it can’t be exchanged for anything else, including its monetary value.
  • Can’t find your codes, or your email hasn’t arrived? Let us know as soon as you can and we’ll send you a copy.
Trusted Member Scheme

Trusted Members can hire the studio to train on their own, which is a perk unique to Inspire Studios as far as we know. It’s a brilliant option if you want to train and explore outside of classes but don’t have equipment at home.

It has its own conditions, including minimum membership terms and minimum level of experience, so have a read of Trusted Member Studio Hire to see how it works.

Credits don’t usually roll over. Upgrade whenever you like. You’ll be charged the difference, and the extra classes are applied pro-rata depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Your next payment and class allowance then reflect your new membership.

You can downgrade whenever you like too. TeamUp asks for the same 14 days’ notice as cancelling, but that’s a system restriction and we can override it. Just send us an email.

Changed your mind about a brand new pack or membership? You have a 14-day cooling-off period, explained in our Terms & Conditions.

Pause your membership

Email us at least 3 working days before your next payment date. You can pause for up to 3 months in a calendar year, with no penalty or fee.

Class pack validity dates, and if your pack won’t let you book

Each class pack is valid for a set period from the date of your first booking:

  • 3-class pack: valid for 5 weeks
  • 6-class pack: valid for 10 weeks
  • Children’s aerial 4-class pack: valid for 8 weeks

The Memberships page in the TeamUp app, showing a 3-class pack with 1 of 3 remaining and its expiry date
If your pack won’t let you book

Your class pack doesn’t start on the date you buy it – it starts on the date of the first class you book with it. So if you buy a class pack on Sunday and book your first session with it for Tuesday, but then change your mind and want to book the Monday instead, TeamUp won’t recognise your class pack as valid for the Monday. It’s a quirk of the system, but an easy fix on our end. If you make a mistake or change your mind and need your pack to start a little earlier, just email or WhatsApp us with the details of what happened and which class you’d like to book instead, and we’ll fix it for you.

Recurring reservations (your booking done for you)

If you have a monthly membership (Pearl, Bronze or Silver) and you’d like to come to the same class every week, email or WhatsApp us and we’ll set up a recurring reservation for you.

We’ll book you into the session of your choice every week, 5 weeks in advance, so you never have to remember to book. Perfect for lovers of routine and regularity. It won’t be labelled as a recurring reservation in your account, but you’ll see each session it’s booked you in for when you view your upcoming registrations.

If you can’t make a session, book out of it with at least 24 hours’ notice, the same as any other booking.

To change or stop a recurring reservation, email us the date of the last class you want it to book you into. We’ll cancel everything after that, or switch it to a different class of your choice.

Change your monthly payment date

Email us at least 3 working days before your next payment date and tell us when you’d like your monthly payment to come out from then on. Your next payment may vary slightly because of the way TeamUp calculates pro-rata amounts.

Credits and late payments

Your credits reset with each payment period and aren’t carried over, so it’s up to you to book your full monthly allowance. If a payment is 3 or more days late, your upcoming bookings are cancelled and you can’t book again until you’ve paid.

Credits don’t usually roll over. But if you haven’t been able to use all your credits in time because classes you were booked into were cancelled, that’s our fault and we’ll be happy to roll over or extend them for you. This applies to both class packs and memberships, and only if you were booked onto the sessions that were cancelled.

“PAR-Q” stands for Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. Variations on this form are a standard requirement for participation in activities across the fitness industry. We only ask what we absolutely need to know, and we might ask you a few follow-up or clarifying questions when we meet you in person.

The only people who can access this information are your instructors, and the only time this information would ever be shared is with the medical professionals taking care of you in the unlikely event of a medical emergency.
