Why sign up for a membership

How often do I need to train to progress?

Consistency beats frequency, hands-down. More classes won't get you there any faster if they're not regular. Your body and brain both respond to repetition, so a steady rhythm beats the odd intense burst followed by three weeks off. That's exactly what a membership is built for: it keeps your training on a rhythm, without you having to think about booking each week.

  • Muscle memory – your body gets quicker at a move the more regularly you repeat it.
  • A trained brain – pole and aerial are a brain workout as well as a body one, and that only wires in with regular practice.
  • Steady strength – small, regular gains add up to more than the odd big push.
  • A routine that sticks – once your sessions are a fixed part of your week, you stop relying on willpower to show up.
