Yoga & Flexibility Classes
Flexibility is essential, not just for pole and aerial activities, but for everyday life. It gives us greater freedom of movement, strengthens joints, and helps to prevent injury.
Yoga and flexibility classes focus on safely and gradually helping you to increase your range of motion, work on your restrictions and listen to your body. Using a variety of techniques, styles and approaches, these calm and quiet classes allow you to stretch away the stress and release some tension, giving you some much-needed downtime to just breathe as you connect your mind and your body.
Both types of class have a yoga influence, but flexibility class tends to focus on a specific area of the body each session (requests are welcome), whereas dedicated yoga classes are usually an all-over holistic session that incorporates more mindfulness and flow.
What You Need To Know
A drop-in class is £7.50. Drop-in means that you pay as you go, with no need to commit to a certain number of classes upfront. These classes can also be booked as part of a class pack or membership if you’re also doing other disciplines with us.
Wear whatever you like! As long as what you’re wearing gives you a full range of movement, you can dress however is comfortable for you. We supply everything you need for the class, including yoga straps, blocks and mats (of course feel free to bring your own if you prefer). The only thing you might like to bring is some kneepads or something to put under your knee in lunge poses if you want.
Take a look at the timetable on this page and choose which class you’d like to do, then visit our booking system, TeamUp, to create an account and sign up for classes.
Our studio is based in the Woolmarket in Cirencester. We are opposite the Hop Kettle pub, and next door to Funky Monkey toy shop. You can find a map, our address, and detailed information about how to find us and the best places to park on our Get In Touch page or at the bottom of this page.
Almost anyone! We try hard to make our classes as inclusive as possible. Unfortunately, our studio is on the first floor and there is no lift available, so we’re not able to accommodate people who are unable to walk up stairs. We regret that we are also unable to accommodate people under the age of 18 years old or pregnant clients in yoga and flexibility classes at the moment.
You don’t need to be! These classes are suitable for all levels and will help you to develop flexibility gradually and safely.
