Pole Classes

Pole dance and fitness classes are a unique, fun, all-over body and brain workout that help you to develop fitness, strength, flexibility and co-ordination (and no, you don’t need any of those things to start!). We teach all levels, from complete beginners who rarely exercise, up to advanced pole dancers who have been training for years.

Our classes encompass every aspect of pole: spins, tricks, flow, combinations, strength and conditioning, flexibility, dance, heels, and everything else that pole entails.

We spend two weeks on static pole, and then two weeks on spinning pole, so everybody get an even amount of time on their favourite, and everybody develops a good balance of the different skills. Our six poles are fixed, floor-to-ceiling X-Poles (the industry leading brand).

What You Need To Know

  • How much does it cost?

A drop-in class is £12.50. Drop-in means that you pay as you go, with no need to commit to a certain number of classes upfront. If you decide that you love it and you want to keep coming regularly, we have a selection of class packs and monthly membership options that help you to bring your per-class cost down.

  • What do I need to wear?

We recommend that you wear shorts and a t-shirt, and either socks or bare feet (no outside shoes are allowed in the studio for hygiene reasons). Bare skin helps you to grip the pole and means that you can learn things like climbs and seats. They don’t have to be ultra short, but ideally above the knee. The best shorts for pole are shorter ones that also allow you to use your inner thigh skin to grip for seats.

  • How do I book?

Take a look at the timetable on this page and choose which class you’d like to do, then visit our booking system, TeamUp, to create an account and sign up for classes.

  • Where is the studio?

Our studio is based in the Woolmarket in Cirencester. We are opposite the Hop Kettle pub, and next door to Funky Monkey toy shop. You can find a map, our address, and detailed information about how to find us and the best places to park on our Get In Touch page or at the bottom of this page.

  • Who can join classes?

Almost anyone! We try hard to make our classes as inclusive as possible. Unfortunately, our studio is on the first floor and there is no lift available, so we’re not able to accommodate people who are unable to walk up stairs. We regret that we are also unable to accommodate people under the age of 18 years old, or new pregnant clients in our pole group classes at the moment.

  • What if I’m terrible at it?

This is a common fear, but all we can say is… please don’t worry! Our instructors are knowledgeable, patient and understanding, and we were all beginners once! Just come along and have fun!
